As Central Agent for a managed yacht, ADY takes full responsibility for the commercial operation of the vessel — from marketing and broker relations to charter execution and financial settlement. The owner receives a yield, a monthly report, and as much or as little involvement in individual charters as they choose.


As Central Agent

Central agency means ADY represents the vessel exclusively to the global charter market. This is an active commercial role — not passive listing management. We market directly to the broker network we have built over fifty-four years, manage availability and pricing strategy through the season, and handle every aspect of charter execution.

As a MYBA member, every charter is conducted under MYBA standard contract terms — the industry’s benchmark for guest protection, owner rights, and broker conduct. Our charter management mandate gives owners access to the entire MYBA broker network, including the annual MYBA Charter Show attended by more than 570 professionals.

For the Captain

ADY functions as the captain’s operational counterpart throughout the charter season. The captain focuses on the vessel and the guests; ADY handles the commercial and administrative layer.
